Delivery time
We take all necessary steps to deliver the products safely and securely to your address. Delivery time depends on your location. Parcels are dispatched only after we receive payment.
Tamil Nadu (city limits): 3–5 working days
Tamil Nadu (rural areas): 5–6 working days

Shipping & Delivery Policy
CrackersBox is committed to delivering your order in good packaging within the promised time. We ship through reputed courier agencies, only to the areas they serve. We ship during normal working hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Home delivery is free within Tamil Nadu. Outside Tamil Nadu, we charge a service fee for each order. Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days and are delivered to the address you gave when ordering. We can't accept orders for pincodes our courier partners don't serve.
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse it and return it to the delivery person. Then call us at +91 99941 75033 or email orders@crackersbox.com with your name and phone number. We may ask for photos of the shipment and of each box, which must reach our courier partner within 48 hours of delivery. If the claim is genuine, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Delivery times can be affected by weather, traffic, unforeseen events and other special circumstances. We always try to deliver as early as possible and will keep you informed of any changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cancel an order, contact our customer care at +91 99941 75033 or email orders@crackersbox.com. If you cancel before your items have shipped, we'll refund the full amount. Once you have received the order, we can't offer a refund.
Refunds are paid by the same method you used to pay, within 10 working days of the cancellation.
If we suspect fraud, or a transaction that breaks these terms, we may cancel the order at our discretion.
Returns
For complaints about the quality of a branded product, please contact the brand owner. Let us know as well and we'll try to help resolve it. If your crackers arrive damaged or the packaging has been tampered with, call or email us within 24 hours of accepting the package.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. When you order, we ask for your name, mobile number, email (optional) and delivery address. We use these details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
We never sell or share your personal information with outside companies for marketing.
We store your cart and saved delivery details in your own browser so you don't lose them. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser data.
We may collect anonymous statistics, such as the pages you visit, to improve the website.
Safety Tips
Most fireworks accidents are caused by carelessness and can be avoided with a few simple precautions. Please take a minute to read these before you celebrate.
Store fireworks safely
Keep them in a closed box in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and pets and away from heat. Locked away is best. Don't keep the box under the stairs or in a passageway.
Pets hate bangs and flashes
Keep pets indoors and close the curtains. Other people's fireworks can frighten them too, so keep them in on every night there are displays.
Be prepared
Keep a full bucket of water nearby for emergencies and for used sparklers. Never relight a firework that didn't go off. Never give fireworks to small children, throw them at people, carry them in your pocket, or set them off from metal or glass containers. Never make or modify your own fireworks. Light fireworks in the largest, safest open space you can find.
Watch what you wear
Loose clothing and long scarves can easily catch fire. If someone's clothes catch fire: Stop, Drop and Roll.
Do's & Don'ts
Store fireworks in a safe place, and use them only outdoors.
Buy fireworks only from authorised, reputed manufacturers.
Handheld sparklers burn at about 1000°C and stay hot long after the sparks stop.
Light crackers with a long candle or incense stick, keeping your arm straight to stay at a distance.
Keep two buckets of water handy. In case of burns, pour plenty of water over the burnt area.
For major burns, put out the fire, remove smouldering clothes, wrap the person in a clean sheet and take them to a hospital.
For eye burns, wash the eye with tap water for 10 minutes and take the person to a hospital.
